When you request a free estimate through our Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your service address and ZIP code
• A description of the items you need removed and any photos you choose to upload

We do not use this information to identify you personally beyond what you voluntarily submit in the estimate form.

If you check the consent box on our estimate form, you agree that JunkMD LV may contact you by phone call and text message about your request, using the number you provided, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask to stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling us at (725) 377-1454.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business and respond to your request — for example, the email provider we use to notify our team of a new estimate request, and the cloud storage provider we use to securely store uploaded photos. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

Our Site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember how you arrived at the Site (for example, which ad or search result you clicked) for the duration of your visit, so we can understand which marketing efforts are working. We may in the future add standard analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel); if we do, this policy will be updated accordingly.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. As a Nevada business, we also honor requests under Nevada's online privacy law (NRS 603A) regarding the sale of covered information — to be clear, we do not sell your personal information.

We retain estimate requests and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide service, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
