1. Estimates

Estimates requested through the Site — including those based on photos you submit — are non-binding and provided for planning purposes only. Photos help us give you a faster and more accurate estimate, but the final price is confirmed once our crew has assessed the job in person, including the actual volume, weight, accessibility, and any special handling required.

2. Scheduling and Availability

Same-day and next-day availability depends on our schedule and the size of the job. Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee a specific appointment time; your appointment is not confirmed until our team contacts you to confirm scheduling and availability.

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Certain items — including hazardous, flammable, biohazardous, or otherwise regulated materials — may require special handling or may not be eligible for standard removal. Please tell us about any such items when requesting your estimate so we can advise you before your appointment.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer that time to another customer.

6. Property Access and Care

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the items being removed. Our crew takes reasonable care to protect floors, walls, and doorways while working, but by requesting service you acknowledge that removal work carries some inherent risk of incidental wear to the property, which we work to minimize.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunkMD LV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nevada or federal law.

8. Website Use

The content on this Site, including text, photos, and branding, belongs to JunkMD LV or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
